My lord, you would think that my dad didn't have a job! Spends all day messing about on the computer reading blogs and putting in his two cents...

Anyway, sounds like it is all going well and getting into that itchy scratchy place between all being brand new and all being normal and familiar. But you seem to be handling it all with grace and a healthy helping of humour...rodents and all!

Happy Passover doll! Try not to be too bummed you are missing out on gefilte fish (ewwwww!!! as bad as cow's liver?)
Love,
Lauren

Great photos....especially of the kids. Just ate some gafilte fish, and with good horseradish, it's way better than cow's liver!

Alissa, en Cuba tambien habia
"Bateys". Me encantaron tus fotos - sigue mandandolas. lydia i yo te mandamos muchos carinos.

Hello hello! My school is on spring break right now and I was celebrating by cleaning my room, which was gross (like you didn't already know that). Lo and behold, I found the slip of paper on which I had written your blogger address. So now I have it (bookmarked, so I won't lose it again) and I read it from the beginning. :) Sounds like you are having an amazing experience! I feel like the media gives you a picture of places like the DR--different foods, different landscapes, different living conditions--but they don't really illustrate the ways people behave differently, like the talking and the sitting with men in clubs. Anyway... I hope you're having fun and making friends. Wish I could be there to kill your spiders, Just like the old days. :)

Love! Kat.

Lissy!! I loved, loved, loved those pictures. It is nice to see where and what you have been up to for the past 2 months! (I love the bikini too by the way...) I miss you terribly and can't believe you won't be at home when I get there in 3 weeks. Que lastima (that was my sorry attempt at remembering spanish). love you and have fun!
